I didn't get confirmation of my order?
If a transaction receipt shows up in your Paypal account, then rest assured, we have received your order. You may contact us at any time if you’d like an update or a tracking number.
How long until I receive my order?
Please understand, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Keep in mind however, we do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. We ship paperback books via media mail, which USPS estimates can take as long as 7-10 days once we get it to the post office (which can be several days). Because we are a very busy traveling family and we handle each order individually, sometimes digital orders can be delayed up to 14 days… just as long as it takes us to get back to civilization and an internet connection.
What if it's been 14 days since I placed my order?
While we do our best to send orders once a week, if it has been less than < 14 days and you haven’t received your order, please continue to be patient. If you are worried about your order, you may contact us at any time to check on it.

Do you offer consultations?
Depending on our travel schedule, we are occasionally able to offer phone consultations. If you are interested in scheduling a call, please send an email using the form above requesting more information. Rates vary.
